Hi to all at Hunters Borovets,
We have just returned from a weeks skiing in Borovets (6-13th March 2010) and I just wanted to comment on what great service we have experienced from all of the Hunters staff. We booked last minute (one week before) and the response from the administration staff was brilliant, which calmed my fears considerably. We booked transfers to and from the airport through Balkan PMS (all part of the Hunters Group) which were extremely efficient and careful both ways. We were fitted with our ski packs on the day of our arrival which saved time on our first day of skiing, and when we had a problem with our \'tired\' skis these were soon changed by our ever helpful instructor \'Bobby\'. I must admit I was nervous at leaving our 10 and 7 year old daughters in the hands of a complete stranger, however, when I met Bobby all my fears were gone, he was extremely friendly and because the groups were small he was able to look after everybody equally well. Bobby did not exclude us as parents and didn\'t mind if we kept meeting up with the group so that we felt part of their holiday as well. He helped my daughters on and off lifts and didn\'t take them anywhere he didn\'t think they were capable of. Their skiing has come on leaps and bounds in a week and I would definitely recommend Bobby to any of my family and friends he is highly skilled and an asset to Hunters! Thank you to everyone involved with helping our holiday run so smoothly and vastly improving our opinion of Borovets as a ski resort, I\'m sure we will be back!!

I would like to take the time and say thankyou to all of your team for making are holiday go very well .Right from the start of my booking eveything was planned for me.
From arriving at the airport and Emma being ther to greet us and the transfer up to resort, then the staff at your office that helped showing us around .
The staff at Hunters depot that even when my son had a problem with his boots they changed them straight away and when needed different skis they done this also , even with us keeping skis overnight this was not a problem.
I would like to thank Bobby our instructor who was very helpful and looked after my boys on days i could not ski .
This was not my first time in Borovets but found it much better than before with smaller groups to ski with and very professonal instructors.
The hole trip was realy well planned for me and would highly recomend your company to others wishing to travel to ski in Borovets.
I would like to say if i ski there again i will definately book through your group again.
Once again i would like to thank you and your team.

I am writing to say how highly I rated the coaching of Leon for skiing and Diana for snowboarding with my son Lewis Jones last week. I was unable to fill out an assessment form but just want to put it into writing. Leon was outstanding in making sure that each person felt looked after but also was able to ski to their optimum level that was safe for them. He also made the whole experience great fun even when we were nervous. Diana was great as she made sure that she gave Lewis lots of fun challenges which he greatly enjoyed. GREAT coaching. Thanks very much for a great holiday

I just wanted to drop you a note to say what a fantastic holiday we’ve just had. Without exaggeration, it was the best family holiday I think we’ve ever had, and Leon played a huge part in that. Whilst scoring him 6 out of 5 might seem we were having a laugh after a few beers, that’s not the case; to confirm, here I am, stone cold sober (and missing the slopes!!!) saying it again. He coped admirably with everything that was thrown at him, including a variable group of quite mixed ability, and still managed to bring out the best in everyone - we’re already thinking about next year’s skiing trip to Bulgaria!Leon really is a great asset to yourorganisation,and you should be extremely satisfied with public face he presents for your company.

Just thought I would drop you a note to thank you so much for your help in booking the airport transfers, lifts to and from the Rila Park etc.
Everything went like clockwork and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Borovets-PMS to anyone travelling to the region and using you again ourselves too !
Would you also thank the staff at Hunters for their excellent ski tuition.
We had Vladi as our instructor. His English was excellent, he was really helpful and had us advancing a lot quicker than we thought we would have done. He is a credit to the company.
Many thanks again for making our stay in Borovets such an enjoyable one.
