Our starting point is Borovets resort (1325m above sea level) - Downhill to Samokov town (950m above sea level), which is the centre of the country of 24 settlements, located in the northern foothills of the Rila mountains, on the Iskar River - We continue biking to the village of Belchin (930m above sea level), nesteded in the the picturesque valley among the mountains Rila, Verila, Vitosha and Plana.The area around the village is distinguished by its potential in thermal waters and in the geothermal energy that can be extracted from them.The temperature of the springing waters is 40-41 °C and they have a characteristically mild and pleasant taste, with proved therapic and preventive effect on the support musculoskeletal system of the human beings. - From here we cycle up to "Saint Spass" hill above the village of Belchin , where we visit the Medieval Temple of "Saint Petka" (our final pont) - Just in the food of the village, we stop at "Belchin park" for a lunch break.This is a new amusement complex officially open in the summer of 2008, offering a large mineral swimming pool, two children's swimming pools and playground, volleyball and basketball field, a snack-bar and restaurant. - Minibus transfer back to Borovets
